How do I create an event?

In order to send a booking request to an Artist, you will need to have created an event. An event contains all the necessary information (e.g. event date and location) the Artist needs to show up and play your event!


To create an event:

  1. On AGNT.com, click on Your Events at the top right.
  2. Click Create Event and then select either Public Event or Private Event. NOTE: Public events will visible to anyone on AGNT, allowing Artists to apply to your event. Private events will only be visible to the Artist that you send the booking request to.
  3. Fill out the "Basic Info" of your event (e.g. event name, date, location, etc.).
  4. Add an event photo by clicking Upload Event Photo.
  5. To have Artists apply to your event, fill out the entire form. 
  6. Click Create Event.

For the iOS App:

  1. Tap on the + icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen to create an event.
  2. Select Create Public Event or Create Private Event NOTE: Public events will visible to anyone on AGNT, allowing Artists to apply to your event. Private events will only be visible to the Artist that you send the booking request to.
  3. Fill out the Basic Info of your event (e.g. event name, date, location, etc.).
  4. Add an event photo by clicking Upload Event Photo.
  5. To have Artists apply to your event, fill out the entire form.
  6. Tap Create Event.

If you're in the middle of creating an event and would like to return to it at a later time, just hit the Save as Draft button at the bottom of the screen. Your progress will be saved, and you can continue where you left off whenever you please. Just go back to the Calendar and find your in-progress event to continue.
